Day 1:


Day 2:

Arrive in Tel Aviv. Transfer and overnight at our kibbutz guesthouse on the shores of Galilee.

Day 3:

In the still hours of the morning, rise and enjoy a stroll along the shores of the Sea of Galilee. After a buffet breakfast, we take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee with praise and worship. Continue to the Mt. Of Beatitudes. Visit the 2000-year-old fishing boat (the Jesus Boat) discovered in the Sea of Galilee. Enjoy a lunch with St. Peter’s Fish. Stop at Capernaum, center of Jesus’ ministry, for prayer and study. Visit a Center for Underprivileged Children and give gifts to express our love for the Jewish people, or visit Tabgah, site of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes. Overnight Galilee

Day 4:

Ascend the Golan Heights (Bashan) and experience first-hand the importance of this strategic area to the State of Israel. Visit an Israel Army Base where you will have an opportunity to meet and talk to some of the soldiers. Visit Tel Dan Nature Reserve (one of the sources of the Jordan River). See the ancient gate and remains of the city, from the time of Abraham. Continue to Banias – Casarea Phillipi where Peter first spoke his belief in Jesus as Messiah and where it is believed David wrote Psalm 42. Baptismal service at the Jordan River. Visit a date and spice shop. Overnight Galilee.

Day 5:

Depart Galilee passing Beit Shean, Mt. of Temptation and Jericho. Ascend up to the City of the Great King and stop for a legendary view of the city of Jerusalem from atop the Mt. Of Olives. Hear an insightful lecture about the history of the city and the scenes that took place from Jesus’ betrayal to resurrection. Descend the ancient Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit look out over Bethlehem. Overnight Jerusalem.

Day 6:

We will make our way through the colorful bazaars to the Jewish Quarter where we will visit the Cardo, the ancient Roman shopping mall, Herodian Mansions, including residential quarters with ritual baths and cisterns from the time of Jesus. Continue to the Temple Institute where we view the reconstruction of worship vessels used in the Temple and the garments of the High Priest, which have been made for the usage when the Temple will be rebuilt. See a presentation at the Burnt House. Tour the Excavations around the Temple Mt. See the actual steps that lead to the Temple in the time of Jesus. Make your way to the Western Wall, and then through the Underground Rabbinic Tunnels where you will walk close to where the Holy of Holies once was. Walk the Via Dolorosa to the Pool of Bethesda. Overnight Jerusalem.

Day 7:

In the morning we will travel through the Judean Desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth. If time permits, we will have a swim. Continue for a visit of the ruins of Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Ascend, by cable car, the fortress of Masada, the last Jewish strong hold against the Romans. See Mt Nebo where Moses viewed the Promised Land and drive by En Gedi where David hid from Saul. Overnight Jerusalem.

Day 8:

Visit the Israel Museum and see the Model of Jerusalem as it looked during the time of Jesus. See the oldest Biblical manuscripts, the Dead Sea Scrolls at the Shrine of the Book. Continue to the City of David. Walk through the quiet garden and look up towards the skull-shaped hill of Calvary where Jesus paid the supreme sacrifice for the sins of the world. Visit the Garden Tomb, where we believe Jesus was buried and arose from the dead. There will be a Communion Service.

Day 9:

Visit the House of Caiaphas, where Jesus spent his last night. Continue to Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum and Memorial. Visit Ayalon Institute Museum which was the first clandestine bullet production factory operated by the Jewish pioneers during the British Mandate. Drive through ELA VALLEY, where David battled Goliath, and see some of Israel’s boutique wineries. Overnight in Jerusalem

Day 10:

Travel north along the Mediterranean Coast to Caesarea, ancient Roman city where Paul was imprisoned. View the ancient ruins and enjoy a cup of coffee at a seaside café. Visit Independence Hall in Tel Aviv. Continue to Jaffa, where Jonah sailed for Tarshish and where Peter received his vision. Enjoy dinner at Jaffa or at the Tel Aviv boat harbor. Proceed to the airport.

Day 11:

Arrive back into the U.S. in the morning
